Tell AKESTIA what’s wrong. It will tell you how urgent it is
Type or say your symptoms in your own words. The app asks a few follow-up questions and explains what it might be, what to do at home and when to see a doctor.
AKESTIA is a reference service. It does not diagnose or prescribe; it helps you understand who to see and how soon.

From “something’s wrong” to a clear plan in a couple of minutes
Describe your symptoms
Type or speak as you would to a friend: “sore throat, 37.8 °C for two days”. You can add a photo and mark the spot on a body map.
Answer a few questions
AKESTIA checks what matters: shortness of breath, how long it has lasted, what you have already taken. You can skip questions.
Get a plan
Possible causes, what to do now and which doctor to see, and with warning signs — call 103 or 112 right away. Save the result as a PDF to show your doctor.
More than a symptom checker

A clear answer instead of forum searching
What it might be: for each cause, what matches your description, what doesn’t and what a doctor usually checks. Then what to do right now.
- When not to put off seeing a doctor
- Warning signs that mean calling 103 or 112 right away
- A PDF with the result and your answers to show your doctor

Health notes for you and the people you care for
AKESTIA turns your records into plain-language notes on each condition: self-care, the medicines usually prescribed, when to see a doctor. Each card says who it is for — you or your mother.
- Ask questions about an illness or treatment
- No doses: only a doctor prescribes medicines
- Different people’s data never mix

Plan a visit — AKESTIA reminds you and asks how it went
Mark where and why you are going. You get a reminder on the day, and at 10:00 the next day AKESTIA asks how the visit went, so you can note the results, the doctor’s opinion and how you feel.
- Compared with past visits: improving or worse
- A wellbeing chart
- Tips on what to do next

How much does it cost?
The app is free and has no in-app purchases.
Which phones are supported?

YandexGPT, under strict safety rules: with warning signs the app tells you to call 103 or 112 right away, and it never gives medicine doses.
